shop too small people tend to do there weekly shop there and it's not equipped enough for that. maybe put a self check out might help they can not seem to get the right staff

Amazingly bad experience. The manager is a rude clueless man. Besides the fact he’s never there when needed.Went there and left my car for a bit , came back bought some things and went to drop it off , leaving my car in the parking lot, 2 minutes away. Found a parking ticket.

Pathetically slow service. Went to the sandwich section, and selected what APPEARED to be sandwich, drink, and snack for meal deal in the various sections; queued forever to discover Oh no

Too many people not wearing masks. My choice to not go there from now on.

Visit 3-4 times a week. Great staff, particularly Navneet, Maria & Jasi. Always positive and helpful!

Always get a receipt and check it, I have been double charged for items here on numerous occasions, at one point it was every visit until I made a loud complaint at the till in front of a room full of customers. It's been okay for a few months but just happened again. Should be a great shop, very convenient and well stocked, I give a lot of custom to various different Co-op outlets.

I Used to love going in here. The staff were warm, friendly and I got to know each and every one of them. It was like walking into a family who were all pulling together to make it a welcoming place to shop.Not any more. In fact I avoid going in unless I really need something I can't get if it's late. The new management are uncaring, unfriendly and the few of the original staff who are remaining, seem demoralised and certainly unhappy. It seems chaotic and disorganised. Nothing like it used to be. Come back Bas, Ceri, Gav. I don't know how many of the others, Vasuhi, Maria, Nasneem, for example are still there as the few times I've been in since through choice, haven't been there, but could just be on a different shift.So sad. You've shot yourselves in the foot there Co op people.....

Wow, so I waited in long queue with my mask on, surrounded by others waiting to be served, whilst the lone female cashier had a very lengthy chat with a customer. It went on so long that it was actually rude. so I interrupted to mention I had an appointment. They continued chatting for a minute, when I got served, the woman was rude, did not speak to me or even look at me, and threw my change on the counter, will not go here again. Diabolical

Absolutely useless! Cannot get stock right! No milk, no bread, no dairy, no meats...In fact, pretty much no anything! And, with oil prices at their lowest in many years, they're trying to rip off motorists with fuel at 20-30% higher than many supermarkets. Avoid. Knock the place down its a waste of space.The Cooperative...Good with Nothing!""

Extremely bad service on till. Inexperienced lazy staff. Expensive food. Not reccomended.
