In Tune Massage Therapy - Hastings and St. Leonards

I had a beautiful massage with Rachael. I fully switched off throughout and left feeling both relaxed and uplifted. Rachael is lovely and made me feel very welcomed and cared for.

Wonderful massage. I had started to experience aches after spending too long sitting at a desk. Rachael took the time to understand my pain issues and then used a range of techniques, including hotstones to provide a treatment that was tailored to the issues that I was experiencing. I could notice an improvement after the first session. She really helped me to relax and released the tension that I was experiencing in my lower back.

I had a taster with Rachael at an open day recently and I knew from that , she would be good . I was not wrong ! I had a brilliant back/ head massage and it was worth every penny ! Rachael tailored it to areas I wanted focused on . The myofacia slow movement technique I respond to really well and Rachael is very skilled and natural with this . I came away feeling restored and achy joints , pain free ! I also had an amazing sleep too ! The environment was lovely with warming oils used and gentle music . Rachael provided precisely what i needed: a nurturing, intuitive and holistic treatment. Her gentle check-ins regarding pressure meant that we could work together to get what I needed. The space was beautiful and the entire atmosphere a lovely combination of professional and comfortable such that I felt in very safe hands. This experience was more than just a massage: I really felt like i released some deeply held emotions and trauma. I will be booking in for regular treatments.

I was really suffering with dreadful pain in my lower back . My friend recommended Rachel . I could hardly stand up straight when I got to my appointment . At the end of my session I could walk without stooping . I would highly recommend everyone to experience one of Rachel’s massages. Such an incredible experience.

Amazing massage ✨ Rachel went through a consultation before and a range of movement test to find out what areas of my body needed some help. The massage itself was wonderful, I felt safe and left the place feeling a lot lighter and less stressed. Definitely will repeat!

Rachael was very sensitive of understanding of my chronic pain experience and tailored treatments towards this - incorporating scar work and cupping techniques. Massages were both relaxing and restorative and I would highly recommend!
