Nil Dry Cleaning & Tailoring

Had to pay twice because the lady who served me never gave me a receipt with a paid" stamp which is apparently mandatory to get your stuff back. The person who served me was also unable to confirm if my order would be ready by the date I asked for. Overall

I will never go back there again this new owner done the worse repair and I have been over charged. Don't recommend since the old owner left. Been so disappointed how he lies saying the old owner is on holidays so he keeps the customers.

I’ve been here three times now for clothing alterations and I’ve been very happy with the service. The tailor knows his craft well. Decent prices, quick turnaround time and a friendly service.

Took an item here for zip repair. Was given price & told to come back in an hour. Went back following morning & wasn't ready, was told come back in afternoon. Returned in afternoon & still not ready. Left it 2 days then went back only to be told wasn't ready as part needed ordering but for £25 more which was almost triple original quoted price they could do something else.At this point I asked for my item back as would find somewhere else more reliable. No apology from the member of staffWas my 1st time using this small independent local business & based on this experience do not recommend them at all.

I m using this guys dry cleaning and alterations services for longer than 15 years . I did recommend them to all my friends and now we all happy community using them . They are delivering a great quality customer service as well as professional services .

Appalling service - shirts to be ironed barely done. When I took them back I was told they were fine. Gave them several chances - never open on time, nothing ready on time and the guy who owns it is unbearably rude. Avoid at all costs.

Appalling service - they destroyed expensive white velvet curtains and asked to pay 300£ for the service. They originally cleaned one curtain and noticed the damage and called us and did they can continue to clean it but with different system (cold water) which will not damage the rest. We agreed and they carried out with cleaning the rest. We then collected the curtains. We didn’t notice the damage until we hanged them. Upon coming back with curtains they shouted they did not damage them and didn’t want to admit it stealing 300£.

They told me one price and when I took the item the other guy gave me a different price
