Incredibly disappointed in the complete lack of service and communication.We contacted Executive Linen to request that they do the table linens for our wedding after they were recommended by our wedding caterers. We initially contacted them in November 2022 to let them know the date of our wedding (the following July), estimated number of guests and therefore predicted number of tables, and to ask if they could provide us with some examples of the different coloured napkins that were available and an idea of the cost if we were to use their service. Their initial response was quite quick but a little disappointing as the e-mail had no body or content to it, other than an automated signature and two attachments of a generic price list and photograph of the colour swatches. We had hoped to have a more informative response including a quote for the details that we had provided to them and ideally an example of table layout with the napkins to see what they would look like in reality. We had not been able to look at any of their work online as their website was listed as being under construction and for this reason I gave them the benefit of the doubt with regards to the rather abrupt e-mail and presumed this may just be because they were focused on trying to sort out updating their website and presumed we would get a more detailed response in the future.I sent a follow up e-mail at the beginning of January to explain that we would like to have white tablecloths but would appreciate if they were able to send us photographs of table layout using coloured napkins from previous events so that we could see what that looks like, however there was no response to this. I telephoned them several times and left a voicemail with my contact number and e-mail address to request that they get back in touch but there was no response to this either. I rang again at the beginning of February and managed to get in touch with somebody who said that they had not acknowledged any emails however it could be that it had been missed because it was their downtime so emails may not have been checked. They advised that I resend the e-mail and they would respond to it later on that day. I sent another e-mail requesting that they provide us with any images they had of their tables set up and also advising of the number of tables that we would require and asked if they'd be able to provide a quote for this. Again there was no response to the e-mail and no follow up after several attempts to telephone either. At this point we gave up and decided that we would have to use another company to provide our table linens as the lack of communication did not offer any reassurance that a decent service would be provided and we had still had no answers to the queries that we had asked.Would definitely not recommend.(NB: It is now March and their website is still under construction and we have still had no response to any of our emails).
