SERIOUSLY WISHED I WOULD OF READ REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING GOODS FROM THIS COMPANY! Absolute horrendous customer service! Purchased a light fitting and changed our minds, light fitting was NOT opened and wanted to return, told that they could not return back to the company DAR DO NOT USE THEM! Spend your money at a reputable company

Only gave one star to give review. Be very careful with this Co. On 20 June 2019 I ordered 3 lamp shades. £108 taken from Visa account. As I heard nothing further, I phoned about 4 days later. Was advised shades I had ordered discontinued"!! Asked why I was not told this at time of purchase / why money taken from Visa account?. Employee couldn't say& never apologised. Sent two emails chasing up. Still never received apology. Eventually

i moved into a new terraced property in 2020 and finally needed some quality overhead lights. Sherwood Lighting in Nottingham has a great showroom with a range of ceiling lights and many others. The staff were especially helpful. I purchased 7 different lights, from a simple kitchen overhead LED to a very attractive mirrored and crystal ceiling mounted Lounge light. Sherwood even intalled all for me. I'm very pleased with the result. It was a much better experience than going to a large high street/retail park chain.

Went in to just have a look at the lighting was greeted by a friendly man. He was very helpful and the service was brilliant even though I wasn’t ready to buy yet the service was excellent and would recommend

Went it to get some advice, lady in the shop was very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices were about right and plenty to choose from, limited parking on side road which wasn't a problem. Overall a pleasant experience and would use them again.
