MOODY staff at the start of the shop has a low sad attitude against any customer, she needs to humble her self how she speaks to others it is always the same issue she gets all moody when you give your reference to go in and tells you have not been here or used your membership for a while account closed she is the one who said its COVID shop is not in use they should hire a friendly staff who has a nice warm welcoming appearance honestly not sure if she is cold where she sits or what is her problem but don't find her kind at the slightest or friendly on all my occasions visiting fights for her rightsFor you to not enter and shop always an issue hate it time waste.

A great place for your trade purchases. Very well stocked. The owners, the staff particularly Bobby, Joe, the Butcher, the gentleman and the lady at the Vegetable counters are very friendly and helpful. Always had great customer service from the team! Massive variety of items from all over the world. Highly recommended!
