Being a single mum in full time work I needed help to relax and feel empowered in my life again and Karen has provided that through several of her services. I cannot recommend her enough - she is both professional and compassionate and takes time to understand what she can provide to help you. I love the Neal's Yard products she uses for aromatherapy massages and facials and enjoyed the warm bamboo massage especially after the long drive from Wiltshire!

I was suffering with anxiety and feeling extremely low about myself. I have had a number of treatments with Karen all absolutely amazing. Reflexology, reiki and the holistic facial. I always come away feeling incredibly relaxed and all my worries disappear! Thank you Karen, you are magic!

Can't rate holistic therapy enough, I use it to complement reducing pain from my arthritis and general well being and Karen is amazing, she's so knowledgeable and guides me with what treatments may help me. The hot stone and bamboo massages are exceptional and really focus on knots in the muscles and alleviates tension which for a woman in her 60's is a lovely hour out of my day dedicated to myself :-)

I have been struggling with perimenopausal insomnia of late and I hadn’t had any sleep for a week. I contacted Karen in the morning, she fit me in later that day for a bespoke therapy session including, Reiki, facial reflexology and a neck & shoulder massage. Honestly the instant stress relief was fantastic, the best facial I had ever received and to top it off I slept like a baby that night. 9 hours solid to be exact. Thank you so much Karen you are magic xx

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia several years ago and every year my pain levels have got worse. I was lucky enough to get a taster session with Karen at a friends and it was amazing. I then decided to book a full appointment for an aromatherapy massage and that night was the first night in years I had a good nights sleep. I now go on a regular basis and Karen has transformed my life allowing me to carry on working full time and have less pain than before. I would highly recommend anyone with an invisible illness to go to her, she has a magic touch that is life changing.

I have been to Serenity Therapies many times and I can honestly say each appointment is absolute sheer bliss. I always come out feeling totally relaxed and pampered. Would highly recommend Serenity Therapies, started having reflexology face and feet to help my conditions with long covid. Lots of brilliant support given and found the treatments very relaxing and beneficial. I've had the hypnoslimmer package! Started in January 2022. I don't use scales but instead took measurements. Thrilled to say I've lost 10cm bust, 18cm waist, 20 cm hips. Still reducing too!! The audio is so easy and calming to listen to. Very powerful to change your minset and relationship with food. I've never felt deprived or on a diet". Just so much more aware of what I put into my body and what choices I can make. It's so easy! Great support even now. The sessions are relaxing
