My daughter started work for this company , done 3 days training and 1 days shadowing.then caught covid leaving her with long covid and not well.when starting this job she was told she would be paid for training never told that if she left she would have to pay back training. So after doing 3 days training and a days shadowing .she came out net pay £2.20p they now saying she had to pay training back and had to pay 50 pounds for a dbs check that only costs 38.now im going to personally look into there company policies as this is clearly a vindictive way of getting there money back.i will keep you informed people .
