Alex is a great yoga teacher. Her sessions are well planned and thoughtful. Her approach is kind, inclusive and challenging. She challenges us to go further in physical, mental and emotional approaches to our practice. And her sessions are fun!

Alex is an amazing woman, I have learnt so much about yoga and the benefits it has. She is an easy going teacher with so much knowledge and expertise. I would urge anyone thinking of taking up yoga to attend one of Alex's classes. You will be made welcome and treated as an individual.
