This is because I can’t give 1/2 a star or 0. Called in to get a knew battery on my only day off which I mentioned to the assistant, and was told I had to book an appointment. The next one is Thursday. (Good job I’m not in work, oh wait)!

Had a great experience today at the store when upgrading my iPhone. Was seen to about my upgrade within 5-10 mins of waiting and was served by a lovely member of staff who was extremely personable. I unfortunately didn’t get her name but she was one of the best customer service staff I’ve experienced in a long time. (All I know is she was Dominican!).I was passed on to Richard for the transferring of data from my old phone stage, which wasn’t too long of a process. Thanks for your help again and I’ll definitely come back to this store!

A true test of patience to go in and it wasn't even weekend. I dont really like shopping in busy periods so I chose to come to the store in the afternoon during the week. The store had as many staff as there was customers yet I waited around for a hour after approaching a member of staff my self who had just finished with a customer who stood next to me and came after me. All along whilst waiting I had plenty of eye contact from staff but no welcome and any assistance. Basic customer service skill is to be able to greet customers and offer help, I don't think waiting around for more than 20 minutes is acceptable. In the end I didn't buy what I came in for I gave up because the lady who was serving me couldn't find my address to deliver the iPhone too. Hopeless and waste of time. If I was a mystery shopper the staff would be questioned. All talking amongst them self's or on a phone. Il stick to online orders in future and u won't be coming to the store again

Exceptional Apple Store Experience at Trafford CentreI recently visited the Apple Store at Trafford Centre
