Very happy with the work, new glass conservatory roof, front door, glass in window and cladding front and back. Gary and Craig were courteous and polite at all times and tidied up each day. Very hard working, even in the rain. They were here 7 days in all. Very good service.

Very friendly people, reliable staff and great end result. We had a polycarbonate conservatory roof replaced with a solid roof and the result is stunning. It's like having an extension we can now enjoy all year round. A few teething problems quickly resolved (James was incredibly helpful, (even coming back on a Saturday). A family run business highly recommended.

This firm have been so helpful and proffesional whilst installing my windows. The installers were polite and very tidy, cleaning up after installing my windows. I cant recommend them highly enough, and appreciate all they have done from start to finish.

After a long wait, architects, planning permission etc ... and during a difficult time of lockdown, closed warehouses and businesses... I was promptly informed of the installation... the fitting crew was efficient and very quick. This is a business worthy of consideration as a reliable and effective supplier of a great product. The staff at Worthing Windows are both really friendly and professional. It seems that nothing is too much bother. I have really quite an old uPVC double glazed front door, but it still does the job. I had an issue with both the letter box and the lock. On both occasions they have been SO helpful, you can’t beat the service they provide. When the engineer wasn’t available when I phoned, Mark came out within the hour. When the door needs replacing, I won’t be looking anywhere other than Worthing Windows.A local business, good quality, great people and brilliant service.Thank you.

Worthing Windows did a great job of installing new windows in the majority of the house. There was one window that needed reordering and Worthing Windows managed to order and install this within two weeks all before Christmas. Thank you!

What has happened to Worthing Windows?I and many of my extended family have used this company over the last 20 years. They’ve always been good and any issues promptly dealt with, because of this we decided to renew our existing UPVC windows and patio door with a new set from them.Despite this being identified as a “2/3 day job” it has actually taken 3.5 months to complete to a satisfactory level. Due to the delays and issues we’ve experienced we have requested the manager calls us numerous times over the last 3 months which he has declined to do. Perhaps he is embarrassed by the level of service his company have provided? Although we are thankful for Beth Flanagan, the Admin Manager, who tried her best to assist and at least spoke to us!The installation team were pleasant enough but there was no quality control and we were left to identify a large snagging list and to advise of damage to our property and even on the newly installed windows. Apparently they are doing us a favour by replacing a damaged panel of glass!Apart from chasing payment, customer service was non-existent, we have had to instigate contact continually throughout the last 3.5 months, including confirmation of installation dates and follow up visits.This was a significant investment and it was so disappointing to receive such a low level of service and respect for us and our property.

No issues with the work once done. Just a shame I had to chase Worthing Windows for 2 months to get them to commit to a date to come and install. And was given excuse after excuse as to why we'd been missed of their install plan, for 2 months. Was even told by an admin person 'sorry I forget my own kids names at times' when I asked why I was having to chase yet again for an install date. Not exactly confidence instilling.When it came to Worthing Windows wanting to be paid they found my phone number quickly enough.
