Horrible experience will never buy from again Having brought my first car from these guys back in July I was excited to be on the road and driving however since getting the car this dream turned into a nightmare From the second the car was delivered there has been problem after problem first there was the battery which died on me the day after the car was relieved I replaced that myself because it’s a battery Then the real problem began two weeks later I got Steering defective workshop error come up I immediately phoned Adam and had to have the car towed to his garage rather than one of my own choosing that was a big red flag 2 weeks without the car and then it’s delivered back when asked what work was carried out or for receipts and proof I was given excuses and told it would cost me for a receipt and that he wasn’t sure what the garage did but he bypassed some of the electrics to get it working again, I was offered £200 as compensation and thought that was the end of it however the problems were far from over I took the car to my local VW specialist Garage to check it over to find that it needed a new O2 sensor and the brake system was shot needing three new pipes and a new pipe a total cost of over 1k And then last week the same steering defective error came up was towed to the garage and was told it needed a entire new steering column something which I had told Adam the first time it had come up total cost of the steering column £2500 therefore the car needs over 3k worth of work which is more that it was purchased for Absolutely disgraceful that that they will sell cars they claim are in good condition but then when the real problems happen won’t provide a proper fix Avoid at all costs!!!!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Buyers BEWARE!I was initially reassured to see the number of good reviews Yusuf had on before I made contact about a 2009 plate A5 Convertible. My trust was totally misplaced.We had spoke several times about the condition of the vehicle and even agreed a provisional price. This was based on the discussed condition (inc. an undiagnosed oil leak) lack of any form of warranty and an overdue service the car required. This was obviously all conducted before I decided to travel from my home in Leeds to test drive and buy the vehicle that week.Upon my arrival I was met by Yusuf's brother at the station and taken to view the car. Within moments of looking at the vehicle I noticed the entire bottom and both corners of the rear screen in the convertible roof was completely rotten and detached from the fabric of the convertible roof. The roof integrity was therefore, severely compromised and should really require a full replacement at a cost of circa £2-3K. Yusuf's brother was equally surprised to discover this and shared my concern. Yusuf was called and admitted that he not only knew that the issue was there, but he had also not told me and claimed that he had forgotten" about it for some reason? He apologised profusely though. I'm a fair guy and I agreed to give him a chance to try and repair and secure the roof to an acceptable level so that I could still purchase the vehicle as it appeared to be as advertised apart from this major issue.I was assured a satisfactory repair could be done within a few days. I had also checked online on some forums and found other roofs had managed to repair well. Yusuf said the car would also be delivered to me personally after the repair was done in an attempt to make some reparations for my significant financial and personal inconvenience (I had taken a day off work to view the car on top of my £70 travel costs)The pictures of the repair that Yusuf sent to me once it had been done (and which I still have) showed a heavy handed and crude sealant repair on the outside of the fabric seam (even though I had been assured a "top windscreen technician" had been given the job)I explained that I couldn't purchase the vehicle in such a condition and he also acknowledged my concern that any subsequent resale of the vehicle would mean this fault would be an instant red flag to the next buyer and it could compromise further resale value.I still remained calm enough to suggest a healthy compromise to placate me for the time

Absolute nightmare ! Sold me a dodgy car , engine light came in on way home from picking it up , was convinced it was just that the car hadn’t been driven so would go off , or he would turn it off for me , it did go off after few days , then broke down after 6 weeks , the garage I took it too said the tires were no good although it had a fresh m.o.t , I asked about that he said it was because the car had been driven by him after m.o.t , although had said earlier the car hadn’t been driven ! ended up losing £3000 on this car as I had to get it scrapped because they would t do anything about it and I had a wedding coming up and had to buy another car . Got completely conned ! The AA Guy also said it looked as though the engine had been tampered with as it had some random clips and pipes holing things together The whole thing has been horrific ! Avoid at all cost !

As a senior citizen who finds all things technical rather difficult to understand, he patiently explained the functions of the car and made sure we were happy with everything before driving away , completely satisfied

Would definitely recommend, I purchased a car a last year still going strong, so we've just returned to buy our daughter her first car from here also spot on... sound and honest guy goes above and beyond to do what he can to help and make you feel at ease, no pressure in buying and gives you all the information good or bad before even booking an appointment 10/10!
