In the middle of nowhere you have to be good , and Ethos Bros is, quite simply the best coffee in EssexCharming staff and a fresh imaginative vegan menu. I cycle a long way for this coffee and it's worth every mile.

Great little quirky place, love the fact that it's all vegan! Great friendly staff and nice fresh food. You can really tell all the ingredients are fresh. Perfect for lunch.

Very casual place to meet, eat, play a game (they have a few board games available which is a nice touch).We like the vegan menu, and they sometimes have gluten free cakes there too. In winter they have a good stew or curry. In warmer months we go for the salads or smashed avocado.It's off the beaten track, so it's a nice stop for cyclists or if you are working nearby. There's also a garden centre down the road so you could visit both in one outing!

Delightful little cafe with the most delicious food and AMAZING coffee. If you're plant based then you will enjoy it immensely, the not having to say coffee with oat milk" and just "a coffee please" is a breathe of fresh air (other vegans will understand! Ha!) Even if you're a full on carnivore

My first time ever having a Vegan meal, after eating it’s not so much why go vegan but why not! Superb meal, great coffee and cake, even the music in the background was great! Run by lovely people as well, highly recommend.

A hidden gem in the Essex countryside serving some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. Im personally not a vegan but every time I’ve eaten there the food and service has been fantastic I couldn’t recommend this place enough well worth a visit A***
