Couldn’t get the website to accept my order for some reason, but the staff sorted it quickly their end. Always use this branch as the food is delivered quickly and it never disappoints!

The Pizzas are really nice and well made, in-fact way better than Domino's and Pizza Hut. I always call to order and then collect it from here so never had a problem with waiting times. They always have got great deals on collection.

Absolutely horrendous. Pizza is cold, garlic bread is cold, WEDGES, guess what COLD! Not having enough staff is never an excuse.Toppings were very thin and minimal but they didn't seem to care!Shift supervisor offered me 50%off next order but this is an online offer anyway so it's not exactly good customer service is it?Asked to call manager tomorrow but if their attitude is as crappy as their staff I'm just flogging a dead horse.Take my advice and avoid this place at all costs. Rubbish food and awful customer experience. Wouldn't eat from here again even if I was offered free pizza for a year.

Ordered on app to collect at holyhead Road! When we arrived we recieve a phone call saying the store has closed now (still open on the app and accepted our order) we needed to then drive to cheylesmore store. So this took extra time and caused arguments between everyone. So not happy and won't be ordering from papa johns again.

Foods good when it eventually arrives. If you order on the app be warned that it will show as delivered long before you actually get your food. When you ring to find out where it is you will inevitably be told it has just left this second and is 5 minutes away. If you ring again 10 minutes later they will still tell you it's 5 minutes away....They will also offer you a free medium Pizza as an apology but when you actually try redeem the free pizza they have no record of it.Probably best avoided.

Really happy, as a vegetarian with kids, Ben really delivered...half and half pizza. Stuffed crust and considering I live 20 mins away the pizza was still hot when i got home.Great service, great pizza
