I popped in a few weeks ago to buy a gift for my dad, who loves his gadgets. The shop is a bit on the small side but has a range of cool products.Some of the reviews mention staff being a bit full on but that wasn't my experience. They were helpful without being pushy and very friendly and positive. I dealt with a girl called Cloe who answered my questions enthusiastically and actually knew her stuff. 10/10 for customer service. Will definitely pop back in if I'm in the area again.

Loads of bargains and weird stuff to be bought from here. Didn't like though as soon as I walked in, can I help you when just started looking. I'm not a thief or what you might think. Am probably more tech savvy than you all. As I said in shop. In a nice way of course. Just hate the pressure when you're just browsing. Still spent 60 quid in there. Just to put a smile on my boys face. And be more realistic in Bluetooth speakers, as quality over sale, is paramount. As said too tech savvy. But for kids it's #PARADISE

Holly (store mananger) and Danielle of your Hanley store are great people. I was desperate for a couple of items and they went above and beyond what would normally be expected of store staff. Incredibly helpful, sympathetic and resourceful - Menkind - you need to keep hold of these people! I hope they are being paid well! Realising my dilemma, Holly even offered to post the item for me, went to the PO in her break and sent me the receipt so that I cd pay her. What amazing service to a total stranger she hadn't even met. These people deserve recognition for their outstanding service. Well done Hanley store!

Nice store but sometimes the stock isnt rotated enough, always seems to be the same old same old. Stafe a friendly enough and always willing to help

Some pretty cool stuff in the shop - gadgets, toys and other trinkets. Good for birthday or Christmas presents for young lads. The shop is fairly small but it has a reasonable selection compared to its size. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Nice little shop that sells all sorts of items to fulfill your childish needs if you're an adult like me. I enjoy going in these types of shops and looking around for game related items such as a funny mug.Its easy to get to and not much walking as its just in the entrance.It loses a star for being too small. It'd make for a bigger variety of items to buy

Visited today and would love to compliment the young man on the door as we entered, he was so polite, offered to assist in anyway he could. We did ask for his help which he obliged and gave brilliant information to us so we were able to purchase the item we were looking at. Lovely, friendly, polite and very helpful. Thank you!
