Booked in for tyres, and they accommodated the wrong size being ordered with no trouble at all. Hands down the most helpful, friendly, and genuine bunch of staff. Will definitely be back when needed.

My tyre pressure warning lights came on unexpectedly, so I called in to N.T. and asked if they would check. After a very short wait, I was asked for my keys, and offered a seat while I waited. About 10 minutes later, my keys were returned, my tyres had been checked, and all were ok. When I asked what had caused the error, I was advised that it was most likely to be the low atmospheric pressure applying less pressure on my tyres. All tyres had the same reading, so no problem. When I asked how much to pay, they declined any payment. Superb service. Thank you.

Despite a previous poor experience a few years ago the guys did a great job. Phoned up at 4.30, they had the tyres in stock, turned up at 5.15 and they'd done the 2 tyres in 30mins. This was a Friday evening so they looking forward to knocking off soon yet they were courteous and helpful and did a great job.

Wouldn’t have booked if I knew it was Halfords had nothing but problems with other branches in the past. This all went smoothly though. Took a bit long for a battery change just glad it’s done with no issues like the last Halfords did.

Our son suffered a blow-out as he was driving down the M3 to join us for Sunday lunch. While he fitted the spare and finished his journey, I spoke to Taylor, the Branch Manager at National Tyres Totton, who booked him in for the last slot on Sunday afternoon, so that we could enjoy our lunch beforehand. Thereafter, all was quickly sorted, with Taylor himself doing the honours! Quick and efficient service all round, thus ensuring that our son had a safe journey back to his home in Yorkshire. Thanks to everyone.
