I have purchased many products over the years from Cricklewood Electronics & have always been extremely satisfied with their service. Whether purchasing in the store, online or by telephone the experience is second to none. They offer very competitive pricing and rapid delivery. They are highly unusual in the fact that they carry such a wide range of components - you just don't find stores like this anymore - an Aladdin's Cave for electronics enthusiasts! Very good customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. I had a couple of issues with my cctv box that I purchased here. The staff spent time to diagnose and fix and were more than happy to run through all questions etc.

This place is amazing!They have a huge inventory of all kinds of electronics part and accessories for any kind of project.You can walk in and ask for a three positions momentary switch, and happily exit with it in your pocket.

I had been trying to replace an old TV antenna cable for my elderly mother and needed basic advice on what length and type to use, how to connect it using a splicer etc. I was a bit nervous as I wasn't really sure of the correct terminology. I visited the store twice, spoke with a very helpful and friendly young man called Teo and came away with all the bits I needed for less than the price at Amazon! Everything works and my Mum is very happy. Thanks Cricklewood Electronics!

I purchased a 12V Sunon fan from Cricklewood and it didn't work at all. When I contacted them to tell them they very kindly sent me another one free of charge. I was a little suspicious of this as there was no hesitation whatsoever but it was still a nice gesture. I received the second fan and it ran for seconds and then nothing. I contacted them once again and they requested that I return the fan for inspection so I paid the postage and returned it 1st class. They were meant to call me as soon as they received it but even though it only took a day to get there, Cricklewood had still not called after 2 weeks later. I rang them and all they could say is that they tested the second fan prior to it leaving and it was fine so I must be doing something wrong at my end. By the way, I am an Electrical Engineer with 40+ years experience so I don't think a poxy 12V fan is going to a problem. Cricklewood refuse to believe it could've been damaged in transit and will not even refund for the fan alone. I believe the zero hesitation was called for as they know these fans can be faulty. I never received goods that worked so I will be contacting trading standards.UPDATE:-I purchased the same size and power fan from CPC online and guess what? worked first time and continued to work. And you thought I was doing something wrong at my end Cricklewood?

I am so glad that I dealt with this company rather than some faceless online seller. They have been unfailingly friendly and helpful from my initial sales enquiry through to brilliant after-sales service. I am particularly grateful to Lewis who could not have taken more care in resolving a technical issue with my CCTV system which now seems to do all that one would expect – thank you so much.

What an awesome little shop for connectors, plugs and the like. Just like we used to have, a shop where you could go and see the product to make sure it is correct before you buy it, beats online purchases for this type of thing in my opinion where often the specific item you need is not the one you get when buying elsewhere online.I really needed a specific item which would normally mean an online purchase. However I needed it there and then... So a quick 35 minute car journey from North London to North West London and we were headed back again. Super!I really hope this shop is around for a lot longer as I will be back as and when I need to!The two chaps in store were also friendly and genuinely couldn't have been more helpful!
