Please refrain from using! Our mortgage lender recommended them to us and are shocking. Never answer calls or respond to emails. Meant to be completing on Monday and it's all gone very quiet...avoid at all costs!

THOSE COWBOYSE ARE WASTE OF TIME!!!If I had a spare time, I would definitively in touch with CLC.I been calling since for the last 3 months and cannot go thorough any of those, anytime they been trying to call me are simply doing it for the records then hand off.I been dealing with someone called Alex Panayiotou, his voicemail box is full since July 2023. Evetime there is a call from his office its just a beep for the record.Absolute shocking, avoid them at all cost!!!

Kayleigh was amazingI ended up using Arrow as part of the package i took with Yopa, before agreeing to go with this package i googled some reviews of Arrow - most were positive but the odd bad review stirred some concern (as most bad reviews do). I spoke with my Estate agent at Yopa who said she uses Kayleigh at Arrow and has never had any issues which put my mind at rest.Throught the whole lengthy sale and purchase of 2 properties - Kayleigh could not do enough. She was always reachable and very prompt in getting back to me with queries. She was always honest, and never over promised regarding timescales and therefore set my expectations accordingly.I would use Kayleigh at Arrow again without a doubt.

We had a decent experience with Arrow Conveyancing. Our solicitor Kayleigh was good overall.Negative points are the fact that they tried to charge me for additional expenses (like the researches) without checking with me if I had them already, as I did, and additional fees as I had purchased my property on an auction. They are also not very good at communicating and they rarely pick up the phone.As a first time buyer we would have appreciated better communication, clearer advice and precise time frames, so to be sure that everything was under control.

Save yourself from this company! 1st time buyer and wish I had seen these reviews beforehand would have never used them. Started the process in June 2023 and almost half way through October now no sign of completion any time soon. My mortgage agreement will run out soon. There is no upper chain in the property and it has been empty since January 2023!! To get hold of the case worker you have to sit on hold for more than an hour each time to then get told she’s on lunch or she’s busy. Tracy answers the phone and fobs me off all the time she also sounds like she should be in bed as she’s congested and bunged up. You leave voicemails and the calls don’t get returned. You send emails and you will get a vague reply once in a blue moon. The communication is so poor I have to keep chasing and I am working professional with shift work so cannot always call in their office hours. Rianne is rude and condescending and has no sense of customer service to her this job is clearly just a cheque and we are just case numbers.

I’ve delayed writing this review as i wasn’t sure that they had finished dealing with the situation - and that’s part of the problem. They did work selling a house for me a couple of years ago and were pretty poor then (as EHL) but have been in touch recently chasing the death certificate for my terminally ill mother. No explanation as to why, but having been told she is not dead they have been in touch at least once more . To say they are insensitive is an understatement, and you know what - I still don’t know what they wanted or why they were in touch and I guess with them I never will.

An absolutely dreadful company - Avoid like the plague!!!!!!dealing with Arrow has been one of the worst experiences of my life. This is primarily down to their lack of communication.My conveyancer, Paula Coyle, NEVER answerd the phone. Not once during the whole process. Neither did she return any of my voice mails, of which there were many. This is so frustrating when you need to resolve something quickly and it made the whole process very difficult in deed.She also takes many hours, and sometimes days, to return emails. Occasionally, she never responds at all.Finally, at the end of the long painful process, she emailed me on a Friday afternoon to say that completion had taken place. I then sent an email requesting that the bill be reconsidered, due to the poor service I had received. I was then informed that completion HAD NOT taken place after all! And that if I did not pay in full then they would return the monies to the lender!!!It's too late for me, but if you are reading this then save yourself now, and avoid using this company at all costs.

I would avoid this company if you want honest and fair billing. They took fees for a tracking service I did not use and explicitly opted out of, labelling it as 'excess disbursements' and have charged roughly a 30% fee to transfer leftover monies back to me, insisting on using a one day CHAPS payment service when this was not required and I had specifically requested a cheque or BACS payment. I'm quite certain that if I'd owed them any fees they wouldn't have accepted any deduction for the transfer. The supervisor admitted that she's aware that fees are mislabelled by the handler in question and yet they have done nothing about it. Advice: if you do go ahead with this firm you can opt out of their online tracking service and make sure you check the completion statement and query any vaguely labelled fees. I do wonder how many people they've overcharged in this way.

I am a sales agent involved in the sale/purchase of a property, Arrow Conveyancing are the acting Conveyancing solicitor on behalf of the vendor.I am sorry to say that the service has been very poor, almost none existent, the lack of communication with all parties involved, changing solicitors after 2 or 3 months without making anyone aware, never answer the phone calls on any number dialled for the company, the sale was agreed on the 20th July 2023 and still not even exchanged up to today 11/12/23.The vendor can't reach anyone, and they are about to lose this sale, and wont be able to buy their new place....very poor show.
