I came here as have had difficulties with my hearing on and off for a while now and Charlotte did an amazing job! She talked me through the whole process and was always making sure I was okay, my ears feel great now, thank you, I would definitely recommend!

Took my rather bewildered 89 year old Mother to have ears cleaned out. Seen on time, place immaculate and put Mother at ease straight away. Painless treatment and hearing much improved and I’m glad I no longer need to shout.Thanks!
