Excellent service from Tapi staff at the Inverness branch, came out at the weekend to measure up, gave a great price for covering the ground floor in laminate, with underlay and finishing, organised the fitter, held on to our order until we were ready for fitting, and even when issues arise with the floor being too uneven, they helped organise getting the floor levelled, all in all a great service, great communication, and will 100% use them again.

Loads of carpets & flooring to choose from they have an amazing range they also do wood laminate flooring.. The have a great customer service. They are all very friendly from the Manager Neil to the Warehouse man Darren. I have been coming here for about 4 years never a issue they are always willing to help out even when close to closing hours.I highly recommend this company.

Had a great experience overall with Tapi. Responsive on email, clear communication, two great site visits - one to measure up/view samples, one for the fitting. Staff were professional and helpful and the end result was a beautiful, well-fitted stair runner of top quality.

Situated on the way out of Inverness on the industrial estate area towards the caledonian canal.An extensive stock range and competitive prices. Very helpful staff who are well trained.The car park is a good size.

HI.. I GOT A CARPET FITTED OVER A MONTH AGO...WOT A MESS.. MISMATCHED CARPET,,,MESS LEFT BY CARPET FITTERS.. CONTACTED TAPI.. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE,, GOT NO HELP.. THERE JUST NOT INTERESTED...I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN... CAN ANYONE HELP...AS GETTING NOWHERE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE ?

Fantastic service we bought carpet for our living room and flooring for the kitchen.We didn't want it right away as we were going on holiday and were getting the painter in when we were away.Tapi were great and kept our carpet and flooring untill we were ready .Got the fitters in two days after we got back they phoned on the morning to give me a time very fast and efficient excellent job would recommend .Thank you .
