Was unaware you could only get offer of 2for £25 on gents casual bottoms if you had app on your phone,i handed over my toffs card and was told you cannot have offer with card so it will be £30.Left without buying said item,when we went into store we were only customers in the place.In this climate if you cannot issue a goodwill credit for £5 and still get £25 in your till well you are one of the few.

Staff was unfriendly and not a good experience. It seemed they were there against their will. Not helpful at all. Bit of a messy store. Not going back in a hurry. There are better discount stores where customers are still important.

Some things expensive so would advise to not just pick up but always handy for picky up things for house and sometimes do find something different to add to basket. Veronica and her colleagues always nice when I take mum in
