This surgery is running so well! Calls are triaged, sometimes a Dr will call which I think is a great way to keep the surgery free for people that need face to face appointments and helps me with not having to leave work to go for an appointment that can be sorted by a quick phone call, much more efficient. The last 2 times we have needed an appointment we were offered one straight away, both within 10 minutes of calling, excellent service. Very happy with the treatment from all staff here from reception to the nurses to the doctors, we feel very lucky to be at this surgery.

Worst Practice ever. Has been for years . Previous practice manager is in prison and new practice manager is nothing but a Lier. Only good dr is Dr Majid , all the other doctors don’t care and ask you what you feel you should be given, if I new that I wouldn’t call the GP. They have a very bad rating on social media aswel. I’d recommend if you have any issues to move away from this practice or report them to the ombudsman’s. Asked to speak to the practice manager but he never rang me once he was just hiding because he knew he was in the wrong and didn’t want to explain. Stop giving patients mis-advice as you are causing serious health implications.

Whats happened to appointments? I usually book one via the Patient Access App but my doctor never seems to have appointments available anymore even though I have tried for a couple of months, I have mental health problems and rely on seeing the same doctor each time as its important having built a rapport, she's a great doctor when I can get an appointment, she has been of great help many times.using the phone is a problem for me so the app was great but no longer so and there is no email system either so I cannot even voice my opinion or concerns, it would be handy to write my health concerns in an email that can be addressed by my doctor as things are easier for me to put in writing as conversations are always difficult.Seems the surgery is struggling somehow? I do hope it doesn't end up closing.

i have given the star rating 4. i would have given this surgery a star rating of 5 but they discharged me when i was really unwell because i had moved out of area. this is the best gp practice i have come across but the fact that i was really poorly and needed to get better first before they discharged me they ignored this. i was discharged, left with no gp and was really unwell which they were aware of. yes, going to A&E would have been an option, but imagine, with the current healthcare crisis this could have been handled better. The practice needs to put patient safety and care first. prioritising who they discharge first and not its most vulnerable patients.

The worst GP surgery ever. Better to keep a Lidl or a butcher where people around the area will benefit. This surgery does not follow up patient follow up. They don't even care about patient safety. Always new doctors. Most of the time you don't see a doctor. You always see a nurse or medical students. Don't no where all the funding is going. This doctor surgery need to know they aren't doing a favour. They are getting paid. They are not doing it for free.. the local gphc needs to look into this surgery.

Amazing doctors surgery, receptionists are friendly and understanding, always try to get an appointment and are helpful. The doctors are great too, doing the most they can for patients and easy to talk to!

Worst service in the world I phoned for a Dr's note and prescription they forgot my note then when I called them incompitant I get a letter refusing to see me anymore. I was placed on a special allocation register for 12 months then when I complained to NHS England they got the practice manager the one I had the problem with to investigate. Completely incompitant..... An investigation should be done by someone independent not the person the complaint is about.

Castle Meadows has always been easy to get through to, via telephone, and feel receptionists take time with you to arrange the appropriate course of action. I've never had any issues when visiting Doctors face to face or via a telephone consultation and always happy with their care and compassion with any diagnosis. This also applies when getting my son seen too!

I moved to this surgery 2 years ago and can honestly say they have been brilliant. As a first time mum obviously there have been times when I’ve been worried about my little ones. The whole team have been fab and we never have any issues getting them seen
