i damaged front n/s wheel and tyre. Managed to nervouslydrive to showroom and was met with kindness, help and assurance that repair and replacement work would be done. We were given an estimate of the costs and the work was completed within a couple of days. All necessary inspections of vehicle made and assurance no more serious damage had been found. Very efficient, very kind treatment.

My brakes failed within hours of collecting my car from being serviced and I took the car back for this to be investigated. There were no problems with the brakes beforehand. I was initially told this was due to a faulty sensor but on querying this (on the basis of experiencing spongy brakes when I drove the car away) I was advised that I hadn’t been told the whole story and that there was also an issue leading to air in the brake fluid. Despite asking for a full written explanation I have received nothing. I have lost faith and trust in the team at Toyota Blackburn.

I brought a used 22 plate Yaris this week with the help from Trishna. This was a distance buy with me living 40 miles away . All the information was given to me over the phone , prompt email replies and even personalised videos of the car . On collection day she ran through everything with me and even helped me set up everything in the car ie phone etc and explained all the gadgets of the car too me . I am really happy with the service received
