Recently used Batt Broadbent to sell my stepdads house. We were fortunate to get Nikki Capp as our Conveyancer. I can't express enough how great she was. Super efficient, honest, extremely thorough, knowledgeable and good humoured. There were no delays from Nikki - not once did we have to chase as she was 'on it' at every step of the way.
