After accepting this man's quote to sjupply and fit laminate flooring, he has let me down badly. After emails, phone calls and texts, he has failed to deliver or even acknowledge my communications. By his actions, he has put the rest of my work back by several weeks!. Completely unreliable and dishonest as he didn;t keep his word. Begrudge giving even one star

We previously had floors done by Carpetright but decided that when we move again we would give an independent company a go instead. We tried Flemming Flooring as it's local and we weren't disappointed. Their shop in Addiscombe is a little small but Sam was very friendly and professional in helping us choose our options and getting us a quote. He and his colleague Nick were very fast and efficient workers and we love what they've done with the new house. Highly recommended.

Very good job done with professional touch . Carpet and laminate layed expertly, and years of experience demonstrated.Areas kept free of debries as work progressed.Reasonable price too, value for money. I wholeheartedly recommend this small company to anyone out there considering flooring.Brilliant.

Really impressed with Sam at Flemming Flooring! First enquiry Tuesday lunchtime; professional, socially distanced site visit with samples Tuesday afternoon; carpet fully fitted by Friday morning. Outstanding service, excellent value, great communication throughout and a wonderful carpet installation. Wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend, unlikely to ever go anywhere else! 100% delighted!

I've had my carpet fitted a week ago. The whole 3 bedroom house was fitted out, was completed within a few hours, they helped to lift furniture and put it back, very quick and professional , carpet very well flitted through out. Just got to get them in to measure garden for the fake grass which they also have a wide range to choose from.
