Ordered some last minute camping equipment from them. Original tent that I ordered through their site wasn't available, but they very quickly got in touch and offered me a fitting replacement. Very friendly and good service.

Bought a gas space heater first a problem with gas bottle, then 2 months down the line having issues with it cutting out to be rudely told it would be the gas empty at which I knew this was impossible as it had barely been used, the rude abrupt sales assistant in the phone sed he’d send some one out to look at the gas bottle. Couldn’t give a time and didn’t want it leaving in a safe place. The lad came to check agreed bottle was full, left fire on went out within 35 mins rang up to speak to the very rude salesman again to now say it’s poor ventilation! That every hour the room should be ventilated… not knowing the size of the room any how do not purchase these expensive heaters if your wanting to use like myself to keep warm because what hes basically sed is you have to let air in and the warmth out to escape, never once offered to check if this is a faulted heater. Appalling manner argumentative salesman not one bit of help at allPLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANY GAS HEATERS !

Amazing customer service, rare to find these days. Good communication and quick resolution to manufacturer error. Big fan and I'll be returning in the future, cheers again
