Mark, Angie and the team carried out some work to my truck which I bought second hand and in need of some body repairs. The work was carried out to a very high standard and during my visits they seem to be very passionate about doing their work thoroughly and very knowledgeable.I had a bit of a chat with them whilst I was there and they are lovely, down to earth and genuine people. A pleasure to have come into contact with.The pricing was competitive and my truck was immaculate both inside and out when I picked it up.. much to my embarrassment as it gets used as a bit of a work horse.

Superb guys here repaired my car to a very high standard. I am unable to see of the damage its as good as new! Very friendly and extremely helpful. Very highly recommended.

After a recent incident my insurer referred me to Pronto Accident Repair Centre in Bourne Lincolnshire as the preferred repairer. From initial contact via telephone to visiting the centre to having the vehicle assessed, the service I have received has been second to none. The Centre’s Manager; James Hammond kept me updated throughout the whole repair process. A courtesy car was provided at the earliest opportunity and the repair carried out within two weeks. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pronto Accident Repair Centre and in particular the Bourne branch. I would like to thank James Hammond for his assistance throughout.

Ordered a tin of spray paint for a truck model I was building for a customer. Waited 3 weeks advised out of the country 10th October for 14 days finally got it 25th. Needed a 2nd one so I ordered direct from GRANVILLE Supplies Peterborough, ordered over the counter 10.10am left with the van 10.19am!!! If you want anything cut this middle man out they obviously weren't bothered,should I need my car requiring body work in the future I will give these a miss

If it wasn't for these guys and especially James I think I would have lost my mind ..my insurance company...the AA were absolutely useless at keeping me updated or even helping get my car fixed. James and also Liam were a great help and were as frustrated as I was with how useless the AA were. Can't thank them enough for the help they were in getting my car fixed which took over 4 months.
