We have used Rug Shack to provide flooring for all rooms except the bathroom and kitchen which will be done by rug shack when required! I simply cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Forget your high street chain stores where you are merely a number, these guys genuinely care about their customer. The service provided is of a personal and highly professional standard. Selecting your flooring is easy. you have a huge choice of high quality carpets, laminates etc at extremely competitive prices, and I mean competitive! The service provided is unhurried, friendly and professional. At no time have we been made to feel under pressure to make a sale or decide on colour or type of covering. As for the fitters, we have had the same guys each time to fit our carpets and what a team! So polite and friendly, they work quickly and efficiently and the standard of work is impeccable!
