Had an emergency with our shop roller shutter, came out first thing and fixed it before opening hours. Great service, friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Very reasonably priced, highly recommended.

Unfortunately we had a very difficult time with this company getting our fire blind fitted. We paid thousands of pounds and had to chase for months for them to attend to fit it. Then they didn’t show up on the day they said they would in spite of us getting our builders into help - no call to explain. When the blind was finally fitted we had to call many times to get hold of someone to come and resolve an issue. More than a year later I’m still waiting for a complete manual for the fire curtain - in spite of chasing at least 10 times. The worst service we’ve ever experienced!

What a fantastic experience dealing with this company. Good old fashioned service with a smile - and they mended the door in 20 minutes! Highly recommended.
