I called Richie last week after trying the ‘local’ chimney sweep didnt answer for the last 3 weeks.From the initial call he was extremely helpful.When he arrived he did a quick assessment and asked a few questions.I told him that we wasnt getting a very good draw from the chimney he then went to work and explained to me as he was cleaning that the chimney was chocked up.He cleaned and left with very little disturbance or mess.I will be booking him again for next year.Cheers Richie
