Haste Hill Public Golf Course

Great course which can be long in windy conditions. The course can be dry in summer as from what I can seen not all have the greens had sprinklers. Not bad club house and a small pro shop. Great value for money if you just want a tough 18 hole day out. Take balls the rough can be long in paces.

Lovely location for London. Went with my husky pet ladoo for dinner in Bombay Chow, the location and food was really awesome.

It’s important to qualify why only a three star review because there are many elements that justify 5. Haste hill presents possibly some of the best value golf in Hillingdon and a lovely setting too. As as public course it’s fair to say you can forgive the condition in comparison to some of the private clubs nearby. If anyone is learning golf this is a great course to practice on a full and challenging 18 holes for a very low fee. However for anyone that does venture down to try their hand at golf as a newbie be aware the rough is currently very deep and very punishing and not reflective of most courses so don’t be deterred. Also the fairway is not at its best, also not a true reflection of “normal” course conditions. I have many fond memories of my early days of golf and haste hill I would encourage anyone who is starting out to check it out but if you are looking for a truly quality course it’s not really up there.

A relatively short course at par 68, but still challenging. The greens staff are all friendly, as are the bar and pro shop staff too. A well maintained course with great greens and raked bunkers. Some driveable par 4s and long par 3s make for some strategic golfing. Overall, a great course.

Paid £15 through GolfNow. Fairways were fairly overgrown and closer to semi rough, even lost a ball straight down the middle of the fairway! The greens were also in poor condition which wasn't great. The course itself had some interesting holes, I'd imagine with a bit of TLC and in summer, it could be a decent course to play. For £15 it's worth a knock though.

A very challenging public course but no clubhouse. Indian restaurant now taken over clubhouse and they don’t make Golfers welcome. Only Indian food available and drinks are pricy. Course almost unplayable in winter as course not looked after and too much traffic. There is a lot of seating outside but they don’t take the cushions in overnight so all damp. Unbelievable really as classed as a high class restaurant.

Really enjoy playing here as a beginner learning the sport. Challenging course but fun to play. Staff are always kind and welcoming - great value too for twilight.

Beautiful place to spend your evening having lovely dinner with loved one. Food is delicious and pocket friendly. Value for money. Will visit again.
