Awful customer service… very rude staff , even the managers. I would not ever go to that store. I wanted to return a pair of shoes after few days since the purchase and they were perfectly fine, I wanted to return them because they hurt my feet and made painful blisters and I just don’t want them. Mac has been wonderful, as soon as we entered the shop we approached him ,as we needed to find the size for my son's suit he took the measurements and helped us to find the most suitable suit and shirt we appreciate his wonderful customer service.

MAC!! What a guy!!!Coming into the the mens department with my son for a prom suit, in absolute bewilderness with mens suit sizing...I found this welcoming face behind the till and asked for help. This is when we met this legend Mac!!This gentleman was so happy to help us.He completely understood and did everything he could talking us through the fit of several styles of suits. Not only was he so professional, I felt his kindness and he genuinely went to every length to get it just right for us. In the end I felt like we were shopping with a friend, which is just lovely.We found the perfect suit, he wished my son well for the future and I think the whole experience was just perfect and he is an absolute credit to the store.Thank you MAC!!Natalie and Lewis

Great store, I shop at this one a lot as close to work. Shame about the state of the toilets on Friday 25th March 2022.Disabled toilets have a lose door handle and one of the cubicles in the ladies is broken. No loo roll either.

A good store completely let down by the staff in the MENS SECTION who also deal with click and collect. In particular there is a young boy on the desk who is particularly rude and seems like he just doesn’t want to be there. This isn’t the first time either. It’s not just to me , I hear the way he talks to other customers while I wait for my parcel. Each time I go there is crowds of people due to the amount of time they take getting peoples parcels. Then they come back and say can’t find it?! Despite people getting emails saying ready to collect. It’s just absolute chaos. Maybe replace staff on that desk with experienced staff and remove the boy and give him a job where he doesn’t have talk to customers.

MAC is a legend. I visited the Gypsy Lane Branch looking for a prom suit for my son. We had selected the suit but was looking for a shirt when we bumped into MAC. He not only fitted my son for the perfect suit but recommended the tux which fit like a glove. He was so patient and it so knowledgeable. EVERY men’s store needs a MAC!Thanks so much MAC you made my son’s day.

The customer service is absolutely atrocious here, around 6pm on 11/08 a younger looking girl served us and had absolute no customer service, we did not hear a hello or a goodbye No smile , struggled given us full information . Initially 4 members of staff were chatting at the tills and there was no urgency to serve no smile no greet and meet. We went to Milton Keynes NEXT the day before and the lad was so polite and the customer services was on point ! Also to add on the lady at costa was extremely nice and made us smile ☺️ 100/10 customer services from her
