This review is a bit delayed, but very much intended. I treated myself to some festive nails with Frankie just before Christmas and I'm so pleased I did! It was the best treat I'd had in a long time! Frankie is such a professional and works quickly with precision and care. She's lovely to talk to, and was so keen to achieve the very specific ideas I had in my head, taking time to mix colours to show me different effects and shades. She created a perfect colour with stencil image, which I loved!My gels were still perfect 2 weeks on, which with my general clumsiness and with all the handwashing I was very impressed with! In fact, they lasted for nearly 4 weeks, I was so pleased!Frankie has created a lovely space, and along with her friendly and welcoming manner, her experience, knowledge and expert skills at affordable prices, it's a fantastic all round experience. I can't wait to go back again when restrictions allow!

I use the Beauty Lounge mainly for manicures and eyebrow tinting. However I have visited the beauticianfor a number of years because she is so good. She is the only person who can make my nails look good and has an excellent range of nail polish colours. She makes the session a great experience with her skill,friendly nature and true professionalism.You will not be disappointed!Jean M

What a fabulous luxury gel pedi from Frankie! My feet felt amazing afterwards. Frankie is such a lovely person and it was great to sit & chat while she did a great job on my feet! Thoroughly recommend!
