East Lancs Hot Tub Hire

We hired the Helsinki hot tub with the celebration package. Bath robes, slippers, glasses (plastic versions), lighting, outdoor lighting, Bluetooth speakers, prosecco .... definitely worth the extra. Dan who put it all together and then collected it again was super friendly and very professional. There's obviously maintenance to do but he explained it fully before leaving. A little bit of luxury and fun over the Bank Holiday weekend.

First class service. Good communication. Quality hot tub, gazebo and lighting. All instructions and hygiene products provided, along with a demonstration. The hot tub, along with a family get togetheron a Bank Holiday weekend, made it extra special. Highly recommended.

The initial set up and friendliness of this company was great and credit where credit is due, however the hot tub split during use which wasn’t our fault, and unfortunately excuses were made and the problem wasn’t dealt professionally at all, which highlighted a lack of good customer service and not admitting liability once a problem occurred and not compensating in any way.Hence 2 out of 5 stars.If you wish to read what happened please see below:Our hire was a Fri-Tuesday in Nov.By Monday we went to get in the hot tub and there was splits and hardly any water left. (See photos).I messaged immediately with photos.The reply “Thanks for the info. Sorry that you have felt disappointed. I hope you can understand that we're deeply disappointed that you have not had the positive experience that all our hirers have too. If you'd have let us know as soon as you had concerns, Dan would've come straight out and swapped the hot tub over for you and arranged an extra night for the inconvenience.”We had Monday evening to go and all day Tuesday until 5pm. They had the opportunity to rectify it once I messaged but did nothing.The hire was a Friday morning until Tuesday at 5pm. (In the contract) he turned up at 4pm, so early. Not great! I know it wasn’t usable at this point but a message to let us know he was coming early would be best and to check we were available.When the hot tub was inspected on collection, I was told, “ah it’s split where the repairs have been done”.When we asked regarding a bit of compensation or something as we didn’t get to use it for the full time, every silly excuse was made. Said he’s got to pay out to fix it now and that will cost a lot. Such unprofessionalism, and something that really isnt the customers problem!And we kept being told we should have let them know sooner!!I appreciate things go wrong, my husband and I both run our own business, but it’s how it’s handled that matters and that the customer is left happy, especially when it’s clearly not the customers fault. This was not handle well. We paid full price still, even though we didn’t get to use it monday&tues.Bitterly disappointing!! :((The photos were taken on the Monday, nearly empty and highlighting 2 splits.)

Hired the 8 seat hot tub for my daughter's 16th last weekend. Can't recommend this company enough. Since the initial enquiry Lindsey was very prompt to reply, giving us all the information we needed and she was even able to change the delivery time (after our plans changed) so was very accommodating. Daniel rang when he was on his way to deliver. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and told us everything we needed to know for a successful weekend. All the equipment was clean and tidy and he set it up perfectly. The weekend was a great success and Daniel arrived to collect the tub promptly. No need to look anywhere else for your hot tub hire needs. I'd highly recommend East Lancs Hot Tub hire and wouldn't hesitate to hire from them again.

What a great hot tub hire! Communication was great, they are quick to respond. The set up was well organised, be prepared to be around for a couple of hours unless you have outside hot water and electric. The hot tub itself was so lovely and hot, good jacuzzi bubbles to ease aches and pains. The gazebo and lights were good quality. Overall, I would definitely recommend them.

Great set up/take down, all completed by Dan, who gave clear instructions on how to maintain the tub during our hire. He is available for guidance via phone if needed, but we didn't need it.A great way to spend time with family and friends as lockdown eases. Something different to do to keep kids and adults entertained, whatever the weather. The April snow didn't affect the fun!Will be re-booking for the summer.

Can't reccommend enough. They were fantastic from start to finish.Very responsive in the enquiry stage, set up was flawless and Dan was friendly and knowledgeable.Our first gazebo collapsed and broke in the first 24 hours during a storm. But I messaged and Dan was here within a few hours to replace it. They have new gazebos which are great. They are very sturdy, they hold in some of the heat as long as you keep the door shut... Making the jump out of the pool less painful.The Helsinki was a great hot tub, lots of space and our daughter enjoyed using it like a swimming pool. She's a water baby and really misses getting into a pool every week.Honestly can not fault anything about this company. We have no combi boiler which meant we had to fill it with cold water. Due to the time of year they weren't as busy mid week so were able to offer us an additional day so we didn't lose out of the hire period for it to hit temperature.Really easy maintenance and clear instructions and all you need given at time of set up.Dan came and took it all down, didn't even know he was here. Hassle free completely.My daughter loved her birthday suprise and she had a fantastic weekend getting in and out of the pool.Would 100% use these guys again ❤️
