Booked an appointment for my son 24 hours before appointment, only to be turned away stating they were too busy to fit him in when we arrived. No communication to inform us of this, wasted journey. Poor customer service.

Awefule place unless you're interested in chav hair cuts. And as as expected the owner pointed out my misspelling of awful in the response below. I expected that response to the orignal message. Thats a great way to handle criticism and customer service. Thats not any different to me being unhappy on the day and how you handled it. Had to grow my hair out longer than usual to have a decent hairdresser fix your handy work. Well done you can spell but still can't cut hair properly.
