Removing our furniture & 69 boxes to their storage & then 2 weeks later to our new home in Surrey was done efficiently. Both teams we met worked harmoniously. They were careful, asked questions & took a lot of the stress out of the move. Rogers weren't the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive. In terms of value for money very good. Would happily use Rogers again & again.

I know that moving is one of the most stressful life events. Rogers Removal made the whole episode very easy, relaxed and uneventful. The workers were absolutely terrific, we had no breakages, they were extremely professional and knew exactly what to do. I have already recommended Rogers Removals to various friends and relatives. Rogers Removals came recommended by our estate agent and word of mouth in North London. They were accurate in their assessment of how long the packing would take and their quote was good value. I couldn't believe how hard the three men worked! They packed and loaded our house in 5 hours, and unloaded it the next day in half that time. They were excellent.

Fantastic service from Rogers Removals.Prior to the move they were extremely understanding. Our move date kept getting pushed back, they were very accommodating and were able to fit us in on our final moving date with zero hassle. They even dropped us a whole selection of boxes to use.On the day itself, Adam and Lee were outstanding. They arrived promptly and had everything in the van in just under 2 hours! They couldn't do enough for us. Even when I tried to help, they would jump in and do the job.When putting everything in the new property they were extremely professional. Completely covered the new house in protective wrapping and everything was put in the rooms we needed. They even saw me struggling attaching my TV to the wall mounting, and put this up for me!!I would highly recommend Rogers Removals to anyone. The receptionist who answer the calls are always so polite & courteous, and ready to accommodate and be flexible with the customer provided they fix a date and pay up front.Rogers Removals send guys who have a wealth of knowledge & experience , and always ready to oblige, and adhere to the customers requests. They were quick, team worked, and orderly ; nothing was too much trouble for them. They unloaded at the other end with no fuss, and everything was undertaken neatly . The guys were most pleasant , with good manners , and a pleasure to work with.Finally, I would highly recommend Rogers Removals as they are excellent, reliable, good customer service, and finally their quotes were most reasonable.Thank you to the entire team.

This is the third time we have used Rogers Removals within 9 years and every time we have been impressed by their efficiency and professionalism. From the quotations, the office staff, logistics team and the removal guys themselves on the day; the teams have consistency been friendly, helpful and no request is ever too much trouble. The stamina and patience from the moving guys is unbelievable. Every person grafts to get the job done - you get exhausted just watching them! This time a particular mention is whole-heartedly deserved to our 4 man team led by Alan. Many thanks to him, Mikey, Luke and Kevin. What absolute stars. We had a TON of stuff to move from a top floor that had a narrow steep staircase and somehow the sofa and piano came down unnoticed. Most surprising of all is that at the other end another 2 teams rocked up to help unload after another local job was delayed. Rather than sitting on their hands they all pitched in to help their fellow crew mates with great humour and we were unloaded in record time.We opted for the self pack, with Rogers providing their excellent packaging and tape (trust me - if you are thinking of saving a few quid on this front by finding your own boxes forget it - the amount of stress, time and money you will spend sourcing and purchasing boxes that aren't quite up to the job is just not worth the effort).We got a quote in for a previous move from another local company. They came in over 30% more for the same service and, not having used them before, we were unsure of the what we would be getting on the day. Despite Rogers offering a price match for cheaper quotes I think they are pretty good value as it is!Rogers Removals will be our first and only port of call for future moves.

Rogers Removals team were highly efficient right from the beginning with their initial site visit to assess what removal services would be required for my move. Their office Admin staff were always very helpful and approachable.And on Removal day their team did a brilliant professional removal of furniture and goods from my 3rd floor flat on one of the hottest days of the year. The team had a very speedy and efficient packing service, and were very well organised and coordinated.Thank you!.

I would highly recommend Rogers Removals. I used their services for a move out of one property with plenty of stairs and was impressed at the speed in which they managed the removal, taking care of my belongings. I then used the storage facilites for a period of 6 months. The team were efficient at organising payments and access to my belongings when required during this time.When moving in day arrived, the team were so helpful to collect some large plants that had been cared for in the family home (as well as a few boxes) and arrived early at the new property. They ensured boxes were placed in the correct rooms and furniture assembled. No damage to any goods!I am grateful for their professionalism and kindness in going the extra mile. Would highly recommend and definitely use for future removals.

The thought of packing up and moving to a different city seemed daunting and overwhelming. Thanks to Rogers Removals this proved to be the opposite. First of all I found them to flexible and accommodating when booking their services. I was also impressed with their planning and logistics of the operation. I found everyone I dealt with from the surveyor, the office, the packer and the delivery team to be extremely courteous.
