Used the drive through food was all good nice and hot but 2 chips where just thrown in and upside down. But great service other than the chips

This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life.Upon exiting my vehicle I could hear 2 customers at the drive through junction shouting profanities at eachother (I'm guessing about who was next)Once I entered the store its self there was an obvious intoxicated customer at the front shouting pretty loud about a McFlurry. This went on for a good few minutes before a staff member intervened asking him to leave. The staff member started shouting back at the customer eventually giving them a free McFlurry just so they would leave.When trying to order, 2 out of the 4 kiosk machines didn't work and the one I used was so slow it took nearly 5 minutes to order a hamburger, medium coke and fries. I waited nearly 10 minutes for my food and while doing so many of the staff members were either standing doing nothing or messing about. There was maybe 3 members of staff actually doing anything.I eventually received my food and I went to go find a seat but even that was difficult as most of the tables were filthy.After finding a clean table I took out my meal and it was hardly even warm. I went to the front and said to a staff member and they said they would replace it with a fresh set. I then stood and watched a kitchen staff make my burger and just take one of the burgers meats out a red try thing they keep them in. My fries were scooped out of the pile sitting in a tray.Both the burger and fries were hot but we're not fresh as I was told they would be.I would highly recommend you avoid this McDonald's and just goto the one at queensway.

Kerr (the Manager) called my daughter’s liars when they explained that the wrong order was delivered. Took two phone calls and a two visits to EVENTUALLY get what my kids had saved for and paid for via the McDonalds App. Not good enough McDonalds.

Placed order on McDonald’s app then soon after they cancelled (disappointing). Had used some of my points for order they refunded money but not points. When tried speaking with me kept saying had to contact Uber eats but Uber eats have nothing to do with pointsBasically just fobbed if so hence the negative review

I stayed here for a quick break. Food well presented and tasty. Staff polite and friendly. Inside, clean and a lot of seating. Lots of parking for many cars.

Staff cant get your order right alway stuff missing if your order online or drive throw not any better order more than 2 meals except items missing order 8 meals you only get the drinks with no foodWorst mcdonald's in fife

Although the food was amazing the service was not. I'm disabled and use mobility walker and when my number was called I went up to get it my tray was slided to me I asked for help but the staff member just looked at me and walked away this is the only thing that puts me off from making a return visit when I'm next a the Travelodge in Glenrothes.

Dreadful for a restaurant chain with American origins. They served up the chewiest pancakes I have ever had with some fairly disgusting syrup. They also forgot the butter with the order and I had to go back and get it while the pancakes were getting cold.

Took 23 minutes to get our order my son ordered a large hot chocolate the cup was half full only 2 burgers came I had to go and wait for the 3rd as no staff were at the counter or seemed interested in the counter I had to fisicaly walk into the back to get noticed then I had to wait to get the 3rd burger when I got back to my meal by this time it was cold I drank my tea but left my meal I Couldn't be be bothered with the hassle of getting it remaid I wasn't the only one having trouble others were waiting for the orders long after us .the staff were more interested in the home delivery and drive through than counter diners
