Phoned a dozen times and the phone just rings & rings. A bloody joke. Whats the point of them having a phone!?!. Get a grip of your sevice for christ sake!!!!

can never get hold of any one. the phone just rings and rings there isn't even an answer machine so that you could leave a message with the health visitor.
