From start to finish Julie was amazing! She fitted my dress to me just perfectly, nothing was ever too much trouble even when I wanted to try it on at 16 weeks pregnant after the alterations as due to Covid my wedding had been postponed a year and I just wanted to see what it looked like. Fast forward one year for my final fitting last week and the dress was still just as perfect as I had remembered. She also provided a matching veil which complimented the dress beautiful and finished it off even though I’d gone in wanting something totally different, expertise guided me perfectly and I couldn’t have been happier with the final look. I would highly recommend Julie to anyone looking to find the perfect dress!

Julie made a lovely dress for me. She listened to my ideas and gave suggestions and advice. She fitted the dress beautifully and her years of experience and skill were apparent.I had lots of very complimentary comments so her handy-work was very much appreciated. I felt confident on the big day. She was also friendly and has an easy maner.

Cannot recommend Julie enough at Village Bride. Absolutely amazing work. I didn't really enjoy dress shopping in regular shops and found 2 different styles of dresses on the Internet which I loved. I took them to Julie and 6 months later she'd created my dream dress. She made me feel so welcome and I loved every fitting with her!
