So very impressed with Damp Detectives. After a ‘survey’ and £15k quote to tank every room that didn’t tally up with what I was seeing in the house … I called in Evie & Jamie. I wanted an independent view from an expert who wasn’t trying to sell me anything. A clear report arrived a few days after the inspection with a list of actions to tick off to fix the damp. Those actions will cost just a few £k. They’ve saved me more than £10k and stopped me being ripped off.

These guys were amazing! Evie and Jamie were so easy to deal with and super helpful with providing a detailed moisture and damp survey of my fathers home.They completed the work in a timely manner, conducted the work as requested in a professional manner, and quickly provided a detailed report afterwards, that included internal and external photos of damaged areas of the roof, walls, and chimney. In addition, they also provided advice on rectification.Can highly recommend!
