Been to Airdrie mc Donald’s a few times and every time I would rate it -1starStaff are rude and have no customer service skills what so ever. If you decide to go inside the fast food restaurant you will think that you're on some dramatic reality show. Staff do not wear uniform here and are constantly screaming at each other like little girls which would give anyone a sore head.Of course at mc Donald’s you do not expect a 5 star meal however here can almost be compared to dog food. Everything is slapped on, 9 out of 10 your order will also be wrong or cold. Big disappointment and whoever is manager at this store should really re think their tittle.

Been here 2 times recently and both times they managed to stick the label on the big mac for no lettuce and cheese and then put the items on it that were supposed to be left out. Guess the ability to read is not I the requirements for a job here.. Manager was less than helpful when I pointed the mistake out.. Good job from all involved...

Ordered via McDonalds app, so, UberEats was in charge of delivering. Never received my order. Driver stopped about 1/4 mile up the road from where I said I was, ignored all my calls and texts and the instructions on my order and put order as complete. Now it's past the end time for delivery so I'm stuck at work at 1:30am with zero other options for food as there's no places delivering now. Absolutely disgraceful. Nobody at McDonalds would answer their phones either so I couldn't even contact them to contact the driver or resend the food. £15 wasted on nothing.

Always have to take a space. Have spoken to staff who have advised this is from regional managers trying to get wait times down. As if you are in a car parking space, it doesn't count on drive-through numbers. This is not fast food and isn't putting the customer first. More often than not, items are missing from order when it is eventually brought out. Waited 30 minutes on a burger, which was dry/old.

Cheese burgers were not good. Burnt burger, one pickle, next to no onions, and looked like it had been kicked about the floor first. McDonald's use to be a place you could go to for a decent bit of fast food. Can we just go back to the good food....... Come on McDonald's you are better than this.

Ice cream machine never seems to be working when you fancy one and it seems as though the staff cannot count at times. Ordered chicken nuggets and several times there has been one or two missing from it. Food is usually warm and they serve semi quick when there isn’t a lot of just eat drivers in as they always seem to get priority over people taking out/sitting in.

Worst McDonald's in Scotland. Never get your order right and you have to always take a parking space. There is 1 helpful manager guy that works here the rest are rude and eejits. Won't be back.

Do not get food from here,ordered food tonite and my daughter opened her drink of cola to discover big hairs in it ,called down to report it ,and guy on phone said he manager but can't give his name and we to take it up with just eats who we ordered it through,what's it got to do with them ,they only deliver ,there not making the drinks up,he was very rude and could not care less will not order from here again ,very poor and absolutely disgusting. PLEASE CHECK YOUR DRINKS.

It's rare I've had an order given to me that is correct and not missing items, and several times my wife and daughter have found fries in their drinks.
