Love happy pets. They help with finding the best product for my cocker spaniel. I can call up or go into them and ask any question I need help with and they sort me out straight away. The staff are wonderful. The best pet store around. My dog love the staff there

I confused Happy Pets with Pet People earlier. The staff are highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They'll even direct you to a competitor if that competitor had what you're looking for. Great people. Great place.

Signed up for a loyalty Red Mills, Leader, Adult Dog nuts scheme (buy 5 bags get 6th free), bought about 2 bags & told one of the staff the dog would not eat the Leader dog nuts with out mixing in some Cesar dog food. Was told by that member of staff to switch to the Leader small dog/puppy dog nuts, went in today to buy more (still mixing with Cesar) & was told by a different member of staff Id have to start a new card/scheme (now buy 6 get 7th free).Happy for my dog that I walked out the door leaving all behind.☆Thanks for your reply Gary, I'll decline your offer as I purchased a 12kg bag of Dr Jaynes dog nuts for £16.99 from ASDA, which the pup happily munched down.

1st time in this pet shop and I will not be back. Was sold a faulty item which I took back. I would of been very happy with an exchange but did not want to know.# Update on my reviewI was told that Kong toys were very durable and hard wearing toys. My dog is 4kg so not big at all. It lasted 30 min. Costly mistake. I think the way you answered the review speaks volumes.. Enough said

Lovely to have an independent pet supplies store offering such a choice of quality products. Friendly and knowledgeable staff with great customer service. Received great advice to get my dogs onto a food which worked well for them. 5 Stars!
