Do not use this company under any circumstances- They tell blatant lies about the roles they put you in and i will be making a formal complaint.

I work there of and on for few years.Was lied to a lot promised this and that.When my father died I got no support or even how are you.I work on the transport side for Greg tipping.My wages where always short.He would get days messed up wrong start times.If you have any sense don't drive for them.Oh and when there's no work he won't have the decenty to ring and let you know.He just ignores the phone.0% support unhelpful and will blame you for his inability to get anything right.Not worth your time.

i found online a job posted by this agency located between Kidderminster and Droitwich, sent them my application, in a few days they responded, called my in to complete the application form. The agent is Kirstie Wetson, and she is absolutely lovely, nice and kind. She was 100% cooperative through the process, in a week i had my interview and response from the company, and now i am starting in a few days.Kirstie Wetson seems absolutely professional to me, and the best is that she kept me informed all the time about whats happening and why.Will come back with another review shortly after i will start working with them.So far i am extreemly pleased with their service.

The MD has ego problems and came across as very aggressive.Treats candidates and Recruitment Consultants with no respect.5/8 man team quit in the past year / high turnover of Consultants due to the toxic culture the MD creates.

Great agency, worked for them for months found me a full time position, pleasure to work for these guys just excellent.

Shocking company haven’t paid me for two weeks and they are no help what so ever, They just kept telling to ring back later if it hasn’t gone in then next thing you know they are closed and the phones are off and couldn’t even tell me my hourly rate it took a full week of ringing multiple times to find out, my payslip is even saying I’m being under paid by 4/5hours pay. I would never recommend this company to anyone absolute joke, wouldn’t even rate them one star but that’s the lowest you can do unfortunately.

Had 7 days holiday left before starting permanent with employment, but because I didn't request my holiday pay I've lost 7 days pay ,Holly my requment agent new I was leaving on the 27 march holly said I get last pay on 28th March then holiday pay and then p45, now they saying I should of request my holiday pay ,when u leave employment u get your wages plus holiday pay by kawholiday pay, not w

Got sick, suddenly during lockdown my SSP was not paid anymore. Tried contacting trough e-mail, never had any response. Didn't answer my phone calls unless I called from another number. Turns out they just terminated my employment. No P45, no letter, would know unless contact HMRC. Be aware!

A complete nuisance. Zero help if you are seeking employment then turn the charm on when they are desperate. Will continue to spam your email regardless if you ask them not to.Pure staff are much better.
