A range of products at a reasonable price..The staffs were Friendly..Need a few self-checkout systems to manage the queue

Pure lies about working time! The closing time is declared as 18:00!But it's lies, the actual closing times are 17:30!

Avoid this store so you won't waste your time. +20 people in the queue , only 1 till open. After browsing the shop for like 30 mins they decide it's card only saying they shouted at customers to warn them. Staff and manager rude without being needed.

very rude behaviour from the staff member white British medium built lady initial is TB (On the receipt). and felt racism in the stiore.firstly she doesn't know how to talk to customer and how to behave with the customer feels like they doesn't need any customer in her shop or she just fed up with her work. feel like she is racist towards Asian people.second when it comes return the item she doesn't want to do it and makes any excuses with return receipt.for example i went to return the product which i bough 2 minutes ago and i didnt leave the shop with that item. she didn't explain that the signature has to be matched on the receipt and my bank card. well i did sign the receipt and bank card Infront of her but she said it doesn't look same well i am the person Infront of her signing both thing and she is accusing me saying its not me. also refused to return my money and forced me to buy the product that I didn't want.from the above experience it put me off so much and i just feel like this store need another staff who can give better customer service.other staff she was lovely but this one person is ridiculously rude towards the customer.

Lovely little shop, friendly staff, had loads of stuff and at great bargains include baby products and craft items for your little ones too. Have a great range of cleaning products also.
