Shame that my 5 starts review goes to zero star! However, there is no zero star it will be 1 star, they don't even deserve it! Me having ONLY manicure and pedicure they treated me like a rubbish as the other nails shops did. They focused on the ones who have these expensive nails. I thought they were nicer on my 1st visit but it was just show off! He was so in hurry to do that expensive nails, even refused to put second coat of the nail polish! It was my 3rd visit.NEVER AGAIN!

I used to come here a lot and after my last experience I won't be returning. As a regular customer I was not treated with respect or courtesy. They allow children to run riot, screaming and knocking your chair. They were playing on bikes and scooters in the salon behind me, when I was trying to relax and be pampered and they did nothing to stop it! I was very stressed by this and upset. They offered no apology until after the event and no discount either! I was so disappointed. All I wanted was a nice relaxing manicure and pedicure and it was chaos there! Do not recommend and will not be returning

Great if you have no other plans for your day. Was told 30 min wait, popped out for grabbed a coffee, came back for another 45 minute wait. Never again....

Absolutely disgraceful service.Daughter went in today with her Birthday voucher £30 from May, to be told after having her nails done that the voucher Is only valid for 3 months.Terrible as my sister has given them money for this voucher.My Daughter was then made to pay again even tho she absolutely can not afford it but she had no choice.To top it off the member of staff stood and ripped the voucher in 2 while she stood there, So disrespectful.Will be spreading the word what a horrible service.

I adore this nail salon, I've been going bi-weekly since May and my nails always look incredible. Tina and co are always so friendly and passionate about nails. Anything design you can think of they will do and do it really really well.

I am absolutely in love with the job that they did. My nails have never looked this good. They were so friendly, and it was a really nice atmosphere. They didn’t hurt me once. I am over the moon with my nails and how gorgeous they are. They took off my old ones and put a fresh set on for only £40! The shape is perfect and they are exactly the same as the photo I showed them. Was overall a lovely experience. 100% recommend!
