Visited here recently as my husband is obsessed with DIY and with it being our anniversary I thought I would treat him to some new bits. I spoke to a fantastic member of staff called Sarah, very professional, very helpful in helping me choose what to buy for him. Will definitely be back again soon! So nice to go to a DIY store and not feel uncomfortable because I'm female! Thanks Sarah keep up the amazing work!

Excellent experience with click and collect via Toolstation app. Able to park easily outside store. No queue to pick up. Staff member very friendly and helpful whilst collecting the item ordered. Would use and collect from the store again.

Lovely staff, who are always happy to help. Parking is very limited, but they are typically not too busy as it's a small shop, so usually it's not an issue.

Just left the place appalled at the customer service, store and area manger discussing google reviews whilst staff on the tills didn’t say please or thank you once. How can you ask for reviews and perform so badly at the same time is amazing, I said to the manager who was stood outside that his cashier didn’t have any manners and he just shrugged his shoulders. Now you know why your store has bad or no reviews compared to the toolstation group.

I came in to the store to buy some safety boots. I was served by Tammy who was friendly and helpful, just what is required, I would say.Being boots and me having a half size difference in my feet I had brought fresh work socks on the slim chance that I could try the boots on.Thus, I asked Tammy if this would be okay and she rightly cleared it with her manager - as a consequence, I was able to try on a couple of pairs that were in immediate stock and with some helpful experiential based guidance from Tammy, make an informed decision, which led to a sale.

I regularly shop at Toolstation Queens Drive.I was served by Tanya and her colleague recently just before closing time and despite being nearer towards closing I didn’t see a drop in service as you normally find everywhere else and staff tend to rush you. Yes get it it’s home time however some of us beings work out of hours to minimise disruption to businesses during their normal opening hours.Tanya ensured I left with everything I ordered top job and a happy customer you got here!ThanksDiamond E & N Services

Second damaged Radiator received from Toolstation. Delivery was fast but by the look of it was totally wreckless. Trying to get a refund is very painful. For the love of god if ordering radiators from Toolstation do not have them delivered, pick them up and closely inspect before paying for them.

Brilliant staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. Orders ready within a few minutes which is great for me as I work mobile, been a godsend during the lockdown, and I never wait more than a few minutes on collection
