Broomgrove Apartments

Only good thing about these flats are the gym, the washing machines cost a bomb and are mouldy, dryers don't work, lift doesn't always work so no good if you live on top floor. Staff are rude and not helpful. Absolutely boiling! Heating always seems to be on?? They don't check damage from previous tenants, maintenance come at random to your flat with no prior warning half the time, there's no security or staff there so you're done if you've lost/forgotten your keys and offices are closed on the weekend so we had to go home until Monday when they reopened. Noise from other people having parties in the building will have you awake all night, absolute nightmare.

Would not recommend living here.

Heating isn't controlled properly

Poor management, rude staff, poor customer service. Didn’t take into account any rent rebate during covid. Would not recommend. Money grabbers.
