Vets4Pets - Ilkeston

Never had an issue here. I love the pet plan they have and how clean it is. Staff have always been more than polite and courteous

Stopped using these over priced vets when they decided to carry out a procedure on my rabbit without informing me of the cost as it had not been charged for the last time they did it. They have hounded me ever since even though I made it clear it isn't fair to not advise people of what costs what i have since moved to another practice where I am much happier

Cannot speak highly enough of this Vetinary Practice. Over the course of five visits I probably met eight members of staff. Every single one of them was amazing. They were all excellent at their jobs and made my dog and me feel really cared for and respected. I can't believe that my super nervous rescue dog now walks easily into the waiting room. He has had expert treatment and he is well on his way to recovery. Thanks a million from both of us!! I have known a few good vets but this one is definitely the best I have been to.

These vets have been absolutely wonderful, supporting me and my little dog after her difficult recovery from her spay surgery and subsequent infection.They were kind, compassionate, professional, understanding and clear throughout a very frightening and difficult time.Nothing was too much trouble, and they never made me feel silly for calling them to ask questions.They really went above and beyond, and I'm so appreciative that they got our tiny girl back to health.Pictured is my little Bela wearing her inflatable recovery cone of shame, which you can purchase to use instead of using a traditional elizabethan collar, to prevent your pet from irritating their incision site.**Further updating to add that yesterday we brought our beloved 19 year old cat, Alita, in for her final journey. It was time to say goodbye.We were treated with such kindness during one of the most difficult decisions of my life, and I'm forever grateful to the staff for being so compassionate and supportive.Having a much loved pet put to sleep will always be a devastating process, but the wonderful vet was very clear and understanding. They went to great lengths to make sure my lovely little old girl wasn't in any distress, and talked us through what was happening step by step.We were able to be with her while she passed, and spend some time alone with her afterwards.Thank you for treating our girl with such kindness, compassion and respect.***Further edit. This morning my beautiful Ruby Asbo" Soho died at home.Huge thank you to vets4pets for giving me time to grieve before bringing her in for cremation. We were treated with great sensitivity and kindness.I can't believe I've lost my two oldest furry companions so close together."

The clinic was very clean and welcoming. The staff were kind, friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend.

Excellent small pet service; had my guinea pig nails done today. Staff were friendly and helpful. The vet who trimmed my girls nails also weighed them and gave advice about cataract and general piggie cleaning care, too, whilst chatting. Reasonable prices for a vets. I’ll definitely be back to Vets4Pets after a recent bad experience at a different groomers. Thank you Vets 4 Pets Ilkeston!

I can't speak highly enough of the chain firstly, I've been to 3 different ones having moving around, but this vets has done lovely caring staff who recognise my dog every time she comes in. Clearly love their job and animals. Also the vac 4 life and flea and worm subscription are great value.

From friendly reception staff to the level of care taken with all 3 cats who were booked in for their vaccinations. Have been using vets 4 pets for 20+ years and cannot fault their service and care with our fur babies

Staff always friendly and polite. Always been able to get appointments pretty quickly. Clean and professional. Parking can be tricky though.
