Mechanic advised they do not do any wheel alignment or items on EVs. But could not give a reason why.

Had my car A/C regassed cannot fault the service received. The branch manager was very friendly and the service was carried out very efficiently. The place is a bit shabby but this is not the branches fault.

The cost and time of the work I had done on my car had been agreed when I dropped the car off and in a phone call. After dropping my car off I had a call from the garage to say that the job would take a whole day instead of a couple of hours and was going to cost more money due to the fact they didn’t check how long it was going to take. Then when I went to pick up the car I was then told they broke something else when trying to fix the problem it went into the garage for, which was going to cost me £100. After chasing it up after a couple of weeks I was then told the same part would now be costing me £360. I have now gone through a different mechanic who has managed to fix the problem for £100. I don’t like to assume but I feel that this wouldn’t have happened if I was a man as most garages like to take advantage of women when it comes to cars. Won’t be using this garage again.

I came in to have 2 front tyres replaced which I had ordered online.Pluses: easy ordering, booking a slot in advance, they kept to the rough estimate of how long it would take (30minutes) and cheap prices - very pleased with thatMinuses: it's a garage in a carpark - unclear where the office is, staff didn't look busy but didn't exactly come out to meet me. There is a cafe around the corner but if I had turned up in the rain it would have been pretty miserable.
