Emotional Intelligence Academy (EIA Group)

As a coach and counsellor I had been looking for a deeper understanding into human behaviour and emotional intelligence to enhance my practice and to better understand my clients to help them reach their best. I have not been disappointed by undertaking this training with the EIA training academy I am able to spot those tells that we all have which has enabled me to focus on and build better relationships. The trainers and support staff have been amazing, their professionalism and understanding for the subject is next to none with their vast experience and knowledge in the field of Behavior analysis you will certainly take your personal and professional development to the next level no matter what stage you are at. The 3-day work shop is so interesting! It makes me eager to continue with further research and broaden my knowledge.It is exciting and brought by pasionate and skilled tutors. Accessible for people with or without prior knowlegde. I absolutely loved it.

The 3 days were full of great information and structural advise on Behavioural Analysis techniques. Well managed breaks and good pace of delivery throughout the workshop with plenty of opportunity to interact with other participants. The Behaviour Analysis workshop is extremely valued and enjoyable for me. The content is well structured and adapted even for non native English speakers like me. There are lots of group exercises which produce great dynamic and experience with different people and culture. The course by EIA on Behaviour Analysis was conducted over 3 days and i must say from the delivery to the content (most overwhelming) was absolutely on-point and very professional. My critical take away is to not search for cues but to merely observe and let points of interest come naturally. I cant recommend this course enough, hence the 5 star rating.I am so glad that I am on the 2-year MSc program and glad I choose this model.
